We also provide a gutter clearance on two of the main blocks when requested by the management company, to do this we use our gutter vac system as there are a variety of high level gutters which need to be accessed We have been carrying out quarterly window cleans at this large development of luxury houses and apartments, on behalf of Hallmark Management Company, since its construction over 10 years ago.

Once a clean is booked by the management company we contact the residents to arrange convenient times enabling us access to balcony glass. We’ve built excellent relationships with the residents and now carry out internal window cleaning for many. We also regularly clean other properties on the wider development.

Our company has been responsible for the external and part internal window cleaning of this large office block for nearly 15 years.

For the past two years we have carried out three different services at this office complex in Westerham - including a bi-monthly external window clean (for which we are given keys and codes to access the property), gutter clearance carried out every 6 months using our professional gutter vac system; ensuring to check all downpipes to drainage level. Recently, we have carried out a full pressure wash of the complex including all pathways, parking bays and the concrete driveway.

 We have been providing a full internal and external window clean to the main dealership since its construction in 2020. We also clean any signage around the premises when requested.

We now provide a full cladding clean including shutter doors and signage to the adjacent repair garages and auto body shop on site, with an occasional gutter clearance carried out on request.

 Kirk Court is a block of flats based in Sevenoaks which we have been looking after for a number of years, we provide a gutter cleaning service using our professional  gutter vac system. The gutters throughout the block vary in height which is exactly why we use our gutter vac system as we are able to easily adjust the length of the poles to gain access to within the gutters.

We also test all downpipes to drainage levels and clear all drain boxes of debris to prevent blockages further up the down-pipe. We also carry out an external window clean for residents who request it whilst we are on the premises.

Sussex Road is a primary school which is located in Tonbridge, we have been looking after it for over 10 years and in such time have provided internal and external window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing.

We provide an annual window clean and gutter clearance, this includes all accessible roofs and canopies on site. All cleans are of course carried out during school holiday's and we organise the collection of keys and codes with the caretaker on site.
