Tunbridge Wells

At Rise and Shine Cleaning we carry out a very thorough clean. Including not only all glass, but surrounding framework, sills and doors (including garages) as well. For the majority of our external work we use the water fed pole system. Pure water is produced via a 5 stage filtration unit and is stored in a tank inside our vans. This is then pumped via hose reels through carbon fibre poles to nylon bristled brush heads to soften then rinse away dirt. We are very experienced using the water fed pole system for over 15 years, used correctly it achieves fantastic results.

For internal window cleaning and if deemed appropriate externally we will still use the traditional window cleaning method of squeegee, dolly, soapy water, scrims and swab cloths. Extreme care is taken when working internally, if anything is to be moved for us to carry out work successfully it is always returned to its original place. Plastic overshoes are worn, buckets placed on cloths and if deemed necessary dust sheets are laid down. We even carry a Dyson vacuum cleaner if ever needed.

We are firm believers in the saying "If there is a will, there is a way." Only very rarely do we come across any type of job that we cannot clean. Difficult to reach windows, dorma, velux, skylights, atrium's ETC, we always try to work things out safely.

We are happy to meet the needs of the client from one off cleans to a regular pre-booked rota. We do not insist on when you should have them cleaned. Flexibility being key.

Over the years we have now built up a large client base with approximately 190 properties ranging from 3 quarters of a million to £9 million.

One type of clean we offer which has proved popular, especially to those clients where a property may have been neglected or for pre-sale purposes is what we call a full exterior clean where-bye from the soffit, fascia, down-pipes, windows, frame-work, sills and doors, everything get's a good clean. This transforms the appearance of a property and is a much cheaper option than erecting scaffolding and painting.

We do have a minimum charge of £90 per job.

KINGSWOOD CHASE - CHISLEHURST

A large development of luxury houses and apartments in Chislehurst, Kent. We have now been carrying out quarterly window cleans here on behalf of Hallmark Management Company since construction for over 10 years.

Once a clean is booked in with the management company we communicate with the residents to arrange suitable times to access balcony glass. Building relationships we now carry out internal window cleaning for numerous residents and have picked up other properties on the development

THE CROWN OFFICE BLOCK - WESTERHAM

A large office block located at Westerham, Kent. We have been responsible for the external and part internal window cleaning for nearly 15 years.

Here arrangements are made to coincide our visits with other general cleaning companies for access internally. We are also given access to keys and codes to carry out our work. At times we also work with the security company to also provide access.
